As an office manager you will fulfill the role of management assistant for the CEO and in extension for other members of Ex-com. For the CEO you will offer full support concerning his agenda management, follow up on mails and administrative support. Your accuracy, eye for detail, discretion and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 ensure that he can delegate multiple tasks which you execute with respect of deadlines and with the highest consideration for quality.
