About the role:
As our Group Internal Communications Manager you will serve in the heart of our communication strategies, hence be an active part in driving our journey and changes through internal activities and communication assets. You are an excellent communicator with superior writing skills that will support you in publishing relevant and inspiring content in our different channels. You have broad knowledge of internal communication and as a creative doer, you are used to think outside of the box and have a thorough understanding of how to proactively align stakeholders and partners. You will be working closely with our group management team as well as with our marketing teams from all over Europe. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing the internal communication strategy and plan, be the owner of the overall internal communication program as well as driving awareness and inclusion of Bisnode strategic transformation agenda.
What is expected from you?
You have a broad experience in marketing, communication and/or digital and are passionate about the world of data, analytics and digitalization. As a person, you are business-oriented, collaborative, analytical and enjoys change. A skilled professional and problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working in international environments, both independently and in cross-functional teams.
You have an academic degree in marketing, digital or a relevant field, excellent English language skills and bring +10 years of documented working experience. The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. We recruit and interview continuously, all applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
