Job description

You are an excellent seller of solutions that provide a direct contribution to the commercial and financial objectives of our clients and prospects through customer acquisition, targeting, segmentation, up & cross selling, churn, interaction scenario’s, … You accomplish this by inserting, collecting and analyzing the best data available on the market and by providing advice on how to optimize trajectories.

You are a reliable and inspiring business partner for your B2B prospects and clients who can demonstrate the ROI of the data optimization processes in a comprehensible way. This enables you to build a long term partnership with different decision makers with the client. You keep on guiding your clients actively. You are persistent and are constantly looking for opportunities with prospects and existing clients.

Our high-quality solutions allow you to prove your added-value to the client. You acquire good results because you have empathy and because you inspire customers and challenge them strategically.

Your interlocutors are stakeholders on different levels, from directors to marketers, business intelligence, communication and sales. Your clients and prospects are large companies active in Finance & Insurance, Telecom, Automotive, Travel, Media or Utilities.

For an optimal result with your client, you work closely with expert colleagues who support you through the entire sales cycle.



  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Several years’ proven successful experience of sales in B2B services;
  • Strong interests and experience in finding new customers and developing potential in the market;
  • Strong ability to actively guide the ‘decision making unit’ in complex and long-lasting decision-making processes;
  • Good experience in direct & dialogue marketing, and/or data management solutions;
  • An analytical spirit and ability to think strategically with your client, combined with the talent to easily find the essence and the opportunities in complex files;
  • Passion for networking and ambitious entrepreneur with commercial instinct;
  • Structured and projective work method that helps you to achieve an optimal result;
  • Assertiveness and driven communication style, as well as excellent listening and presentation skills;
  • Creativity and sense of initiative;
